returns policy
In the unlikely event that the goods you have ordered directly from Vegan Perfection arrive damaged or faulty, please email us at the first instance detailing the problem, then send back the items including all packaging. Upon inspection, we will happily refund your money or make an exchange for another item, whichever you prefer. We will not exchange or refund if the goods are damaged or faulty due to any delay in delivery due to customer negligence.
postage & handling costs
For most Metro areas (including Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane & Canberra), postage & handling will be $9.95 inc GST) up to 5kg by volume or weight, whichever is the greater. For all other areas and for weights exceeding 5kg, additional charges may apply. We will contact you first to approve any extra cost. This being the case you would then need to make a further transfer into our account for the extra postage & handling before items can be despatched.
Postage & handling is FREE for Gift Vouchers valued at $50 and above or $1 for $15 and $30 Gift Vouchers. When solely orderingVegan Voice or Vegan Passportpostage & handling is $2 respectively. For postage costs for both together, please contact us.
EXPRESS POST SERVICE is available upon request. We will charge you based on the express postage cost plus a nominal handling fee.
please note: Vegan Perfection makes every endeavour to service all areas of Australia, but regrets that we cannot guarantee that we are able to ship Australia-wide, especially to rural areas, due to temperature control and transport time constraints. In this case we may be able to direct you to a Vegan Perfection stockist nearer you. Please feel free to contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can fulfill your order and avoid disappointment.
delivery time
We aim to ship your order within 3 working days from Melbourne, except where an ordered item is out of stock, your order may be delayed for several days until we have all items to send at once (in which case, we will advise you of any delay). Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements, please contact us so that we can avoid any disappointment. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, we will do our best to assist you. Our estimated delivery times from when an order is placed are:
For metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, you should receive your goods within 4 - 6 working days. For all of WA, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States, your order should take no more than 7-10 working days to arrive.
gift service
We will happily giftwrap your order and enclose a card with your message. The charge for this service is $8.95 per order. Please note that for some temperature controlled items, individual giftwrapping may not be possible. However in this instance we can still enclose a card with your message and will loosely cover the order in a gold (or similar) paper instead. You may wish this latter option anyway, since the paper may be easier to reuse unfolded/stickied. Therefore may be more environmentally friendly.
gift vouchers
You can order gift vouchers for the following values: $15, $30, $50 & $100. They come with a card and your message and if ordered by themselves are sent out via Australia Post. Postage & handling is FREE for Gift Vouchers valued at $50 and above or $1 for $15 and $30 Gift Vouchers. No extra postage & handling charge applies when ordering with other items (that already incur a postage & handling charge).
delivery service: important information
We use either Registered Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, depending on where you live in Australia. As our couriers ONLY DELIVER TO STREET ADDRESSES, we need a street address rather than a PO Box. If no-one is at home when the courier or Australia Post delivers, you should receive a 'calling card' explaining how to arrange another drop-off by the courier, or to collect the parcel from the Post Office. If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address. You can also give us special instructions (either via email at the same time you place your order, or add this to the comments/special instructions on the order form) with your order to be left in a safe location should you not be at home. However, please note that by doing so, you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.
please note: It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. |
