Important notes:

FOR ALL CREDIT CARD PURCHASES THROUGH THE PAYPAL SECURE SERVER, CUSTOMERS MUST RETURN TO THE VEGAN PERFECTION WEBSITE AFTER YOUR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION APPEARS. YOU SHOULD CLICK ON THE BUTTON THAT SAYS 'RETURN TO VEGAN PERFECTION', WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE A RECEIPT TO PRINT OUT FOR YOUR RECORDS.
IF YOU DO NOT RETURN TO THE VEGAN PERFECTION WEBSITE, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED!


You must select the appropriate freight option to successfully complete your order. If no freight option is selected, or if the wrong freight option is chosen, then the order will not be finalised or despatched. If you are unsure about which freight option to choose, then please contact us by email or phone to confirm.

All items that are OUT OF STOCK will be marked clearly in the ‘on-line shop’ page of our website. Please do NOT attempt to order any items that are marked OUT OF STOCK, as this will cause delays to the processing and despatch of your order.

For ALV Members, you must complete the authorized code to claim your 10% discount. Please contact the ALV office or refer to the ALV newsletter to obtain the authorized discount code. You must include your ALV membership number with your other delivery details when placing your order. No discount will be applied without an ALV membership number.

Credit card payments will be accepted for on-line orders ONLY via the Paypal secure server. Orders placed by email, fax or telephone can be paid by one of the following :

Direct deposit (EFT) to our bank account
Cheque or money order.

Note that orders paid by cheque cannot be despatched until cheques are cleared, which takes 5 working days from date cheque is deposited.

Refrigerated goods cannot be sent to International destinations. We accept international orders for all non-refrigerated items. You will need to contact us by email to establish postage costs to your delivery location prior to finalizing your order and processing payment.

ORDERING OPTIONS:

ONLINE :

Click on the ‘ON-LINE SHOP’ tab at the top of our website homepage. This will take you through to the list of brands that are available to purchase. Follow the links to the products that you wish to purchase.

If you know what products you want to order, select the appropriate brand in the ‘SHOP BY BRAND’ section in the left panel of the webpage.

Once you have navigated through to the product(s) you wish to order, click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button beside the item and select the quantity you wish to order. You then have the choice to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Once you have finished ordering, and you are ready to check out, follow the instructions to finalise your order by selecting ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’.

Once you proceed to checkout, you will be given the option to enter a coupon/discount code. If you do not have a discount code or coupon, then leave this field blank and select ‘CONTINUE’.

If you are an ALV member, or you have a discount coupon or gift voucher, then enter the appropriate authorized code in the box prior to selecting ‘CONTINUE’. The final value of your goods will then be displayed for you to confirm.

Once you have confirmed the value of your goods, you will be required to select the appropriate freight option for delivery of your order. You must select the appropriate freight option from the drop-down menu in order to successfully complete your order. If no freight option is selected, or if the wrong freight option is chosen, then the order will not be finalised or despatched.
If you are unsure about which freight option to choose, then please contact us by email or phone to confirm prior to completing your order.

Once you have chosen the appropriate freight option, the final total value of your order will be displayed for your confirmation. If all is in order, then select ‘CONTINUE’ to be forwarded to the Secure Paypal Server to process payment for your order.

Paypal accepts payments from other Paypal accounts, credit cards and selected bank accounts.

Please Note: 1) We do not accept orders to PO Boxes, unless by prior approval. 2) We need a landline phone number included in your order and we also require a phone number to contact you on during business hours (should there be a problem with delivery). This may be a mobile or landline number. 3) If a mobile phone number ONLY is given then the order will not be accepted. 4) You must select a freight option when confirming/finalizing your order. We deliver to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra, Southern & Central NSW Coast, Northern NSW, Gold Coast, Brisbane And Sunshine Coast. For all other areas, you will need to contact us at info@veganperfection.com.au or by telephone on (03)93986302. 5) If you have any special delivery instructions that you would like us to add to your order then send an email to info@veganperfection.com.au and quote your order number and the special delivery instructions you would like added to your address label.

You will then be transferred to the PayPal secure server, which may take up to 5 seconds.

Once you're at the Pay Pal Payment Page you will be asked to choose either:

1."Have a Pay Pal account" - where you will log in and follow the prompts
OR
2."Don't have a Pay Pal account" - where you can pay securely with your credit card. Click secure checkout, then fill in the details for payment and delivery. There is absolutely no obligation to join Paypal if this payment method is selected. Once you have filled in the details, select "continue checkout" where you will be asked to review your details and then select PAY to complete your payment.
You must complete all steps to ensure that payment has been processed, otherwise your order will not be finalised. YOU DO NOT NEED TO JOIN PAYPAL, you just fill in your details as you would with any other credit card merchant.

Once you have completed payment either using either your Paypal account or your credit card, you will have the option to return to the Vegan Perfection website, where you will find a receipt for your purchase. Please print this receipt out as a record of your order/purchase.
You will also be notified by email from Paypal to confirm processing of your payment.

Once payment has been received, your order will be processed. Most orders can be despatched the next business day, however this cannot be guaranteed. Orders will not be sent if they are due to be delivered on a Friday – we will wait until the following Monday to despatch your order.

Orders not approved will be cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.

BY FAX:

Print up the final page of your shopping cart or print out an order form, which is available in PDF format on our website. Payments by fax will be by one of the following: cheque (order not dispatched until cheque clears), money order, or direct deposit (EFT) to our bank account. We do not accept credit card payments for fax, telephone, postal or email orders.
Be sure to complete all of the necessary details on your faxed order so that we can contact you by fax or email. Confirmation of your order will be faxed or emailed to you, along with the details required to process payment via one of the options listed above.

If paying by direct deposit to our bank account(EFT), please ensure that you use your name or receipt number as the payment reference so that we know the payment is from you.
For Cheque and money order payment please send a copy of your invoice or confirmation email along with your cheque or money order.
Fax orders with payment by direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has been received into our account. Once payment has been received (and cleared in the case of payment by cheque), orders will be dispatched the next business day (in most cases).

BY MAIL:

Print out a copy of the final page of your shopping cart or print up a copy of the PDF order form available on our website, complete it and mail to: Vegan Perfection c/- 59 Queen St, Altona, Vic, 3018.

We do not accept credit card payments for fax, telephone, postal or email orders. Be sure to complete all of the necessary details on your postal order so that we can contact you by phone to confirm your order. On receiving your order we will fax or email you an order confirmation to let you know your order has been received and is underway.

For payment by direct deposit, we will include the bank details for you to pay, please include your name or invoice number as a reference with the direct deposit so we know the payment is from you. Orders with payment by direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has been received into our account. Once payment has been received (and cleared in the case of payment by cheque), orders will be dispatched the next business day (in most cases).

BY PHONE:

Orders taken over the phone will have a confirmation sent by email or by fax.

We do not accept credit card payments for fax, telephone, postal or email orders. Payments by phone will be by one of the following: cheque (order not dispatched until cheque clears), money order, or direct deposit (EFT).

Once you have phoned with an order, a confirmation will be faxed or emailed to you. For direct deposit payments we will include our bank details, or will confirm these at the time of ordering. Please make sure that you include your name or invoice number if paying by direct deposit so that we know the payment is from you.

For Cheque and money order payment please send your delivery details along with your cheque or money order. Phone orders with payment by direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Once payment has been received (and cleared in the case of payment by cheque), orders will be despatched the next business day (in most cases).

EMAIL :

Orders may be placed by email and an order confirmation will be emailed to you. Please include your name, street address, phone number and email address. DO NOT include any credit card details in your email. We do not accept credit card payments for fax, telephone, postal or email orders.

Please include the item description, quantity, and price, and email to info@veganperfection.com.au.

Once payment has been received (and cleared in the case of payment by cheque) orders will be despatched the next business day (in most cases).

OTHER ORDER INFORMATION

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars. For orders outside Australia, please contact us by email or phone to confirm postal charges. Once we confirm the estimated delivery charges to your Country and you are happy to proceed, simply follow the instructions included in the email sent to you in order to process payment via Paypal account or credit card.

Alternatively, your order can be processed via email and the full cost of the order, including goods and postage charges, will be emailed to you for payment to be processed via Paypal or credit card on the Paypal secure server.

For International Orders we WILL NOT accept orders to a PO Box or orders with an email address to a free email account (eg hotmail, yahoo etc).

Please note that all transactions at Vegan Perfection are in Australian Dollars and Vegan Perfection is not responsible for any fees and charges the customer may incur from their bank or any financial institution due to foreign currency exchange.

If an order is cancelled, the refund will be issued in Australian Dollars and Vegan Perfection is not responsible for any differences in price once the refunded amount is changed back into the foreign currency or any fees or charges charged to the customer by their bank or financial institution for the change of currency.

Customs and Duties: These are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. If a customer chooses to refuse shipment due to customs and import duties, we can't refund the merchandise purchase price. It is the customer responsibility to follow up with local postal services and customs once their parcel makes delivery to the destination country. Complete Party Boxes is not responsible for any quarantine restrictions regarding products shipped international. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check with their local customs and quarantine department for any restrictions that may apply to products they order. All fees and charges the customer receives from the importing of goods from us are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER- You may cancel your order in writing via email to info@veganperfection.com.au or fax on (03) 93986302, no later than 12 hours after your order was placed. For a full refund, please include in your email or fax all of your order details, such as invoice number, name, address, phone number, email and fax number (if applicable).

Once an order has been dispatched it is not possible to cancel the order.
